What do I need to pick up my car?
A valid driving licence held for at least one year, your passport or ID, and the credit card used for booking. International guests should bring their booking confirmation.
What is the minimum driver age?
The main driver must be at least 21 years old. Some premium categories may have a higher minimum age.
Can I drive the car to another country?
Yes — add the international insurance Green Card during booking to drive into Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia, fully covered.
Is the price really all-inclusive?
Prices are shown in € and include taxes and standard cover. Optional extras and insurance upgrades are added only if you choose them.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up on standard bookings.
